Kassara Pink Sunset Body Wash

Kassara Pink Sunset Body Wash

Hello Everyone :) Hope you all be doing great ..  Today I am going to review Kassara Pink Sunset Body Wash by Mikyajy. I have reviewed other products from Mikyajy here and I am completely in love with Mikyajy Products. Last year when my parents went for Hajj they grab a lot of products for me from Saudi Arabia. Mikyajy is the famous and best seller brand of Middle East and its products are worth buying <3

Now moving on to review , honestly speaking I am not a big fan of shower gels and body washes. I hardly use them once in a week or when going out for a special party (Winks :P) Normally I prefer a good beauty soap like Johnson baby soap or Olive  Oil soaps available in leading stores across Pakistan. But this body wash has completely changed my view , now I am tempted to use it. Since we need extra care and for our driest skin and something to make us feel smooth like velvet, I think that this body wash is a great choice then.

 Kassara Body Wash

Kassara body wash comes in the cute pink packaging of 100ml. It makes you feel refreshing. It is a clean-rinsing body wash, you will not feel greasy or oily. Its smells like something pretty from Heaven. I am in love with its fragrance <3

Apply with a sponge or as it is, work in leather all over the body and rinse well with hot water (Obviously in winters :P) Using body wash in winters and then taking bath with hot water will make me refresh in this sleepy mornings :) It stays on good for 5-6 hours in winters and good thing is that you can feel its freshness and fragrances for 24 hours as its does not fades away completely.

Ingredients

I will not go into details with this section because Mikyajy contains skin friendly ingredients but I would like to share that it contains Cocamidopropyl which comes from coconut oil. It helps to wash away the oil and dirt from your skin.

 You might like it because:
  • Smell like heaven
  • Pretty Pink packaging
  • Travel friendly
  • Stays on good for 5-6 hours.
  • Does not fade away completely as other body washes do.
  • Contains skin friendly ingredients
You might not like it because
  • It is not available in Pakistan
  • You want scent-free products.
Price and Availability

My mom don’t remember its exact price but it should be in range of 10-15 SAR (PKR 300 to 450)

It is available in all Mikyajy Counters across Middle East. For Pakistan Fans you can ask your International buyers to grab them for you.

When searching for it on the website I did not get its direct product link however you can check its website here.

Stives Make-up Remover and Cleanser

Makeup is important part of our life. After makeup we need to properly washed our skin and moisturize them to avoid any breakouts and pimples which may result if the makeup is not properly removed from the skin.

We can use makeup on acne skin to hide scars, blemish and pimples but this does not clear skin it only HIDE those scars and pimples. So , if that makeup is not properly removed or cleansed then it may result in an increase of those scars and pimples.

I have already shared how scrubbing and cleansing are important part of our normal routine life.

Coming home from a wonderful party makes so feel tired and makes some people found lazy to remove it. Even I feel lazy but after reading the tremendous disaster that makeup brings to your skin when leaving it on for the whole night, I start to search for Makeup Removing products.

I went to Bin Malik, superstore in North Nazimabad, Haidery, Karachi and started looking for such products. There were number of brands available, but like most of the girls I found afraid of using any or every kind of product on my face because my skin is extremely sensitive so I cannot trust every brand so I go for Stives Make-up Remover and Cleanser.

Stives Make-up Remover & Cleanser (Check out its consistency)

What Stives claims about this product?

The cleanser with 100% Natural Extracts effortlessly removes even the heaviest make-up while cleaning the skin.

What Stives claims about this product?
  • Hypoallergenic
  • Non-Comedogenic
  • Formulated without Parabens & Phthalates.
A short description of  Parabens & Phthalates (From the internet)
  • Parabens are chemical preservatives that have been identified as estrogenic and disruptive of normal hormone function. Estrogens have been shown to increase the risk of breast cancer.
  • Phthalates are also known to be hormone-mimicking chemicals, many of which disrupt normal hormonal processes
My review:
In my opinion Stives products, as they claim, does not create any kind of skin rash or allergy to skin. So if you want to give a try you can choose their products and test them to see if they works for you too.
Stives is a Unilever brand. This makeup remover and cleanser comes in the packaging 6 Oz (170 gm). I first of all wet my face and then take a small pea sized (as shown in the picture) of this product and add two to three drops of water in it. I then gently make a paste of it and try to remove my makeup. It ultimately removes my heavy makeup base Luview Pakistan (reviewed here) my lip shade and my eye makeup shades used from Tempting Treats (reviewed here.)

However it fails to remove my water proof black eyeliner from Mikyajy Pretty in Pink bag (will be reviewed soon) completely. You can say either that eyeliner quality is so good or you can say that makeup remover does not works well for water-proof makeup products.

Now what did I do for removing that eyeliner? I use my Caresse Honey Lotion, wipe a small quanity of it on tissue paper and then removes my eyeliner.

Tip: Research says that using cotton balls for removing makeup increase the chances of having more wrinkles after the age of 30, so I avoid using them frequently.

Now back to the review.  This makeup remover & cleanser is gentle to skin and does not feel harsh. You did not need any extra makeup Oil or cleanser. However you may need to repeat the process two three times if your makeup is heavy till it is completely removed. After removing makeup I suggest you to use any kind of toner or sprinkles rose water to let you feel fresher after the tiring party.

Pros:
  • Formulated without  Parabens & Phthalates
  • Does not feel harsh on skin
  • Is a good choice if you are having it alone, without cleanser
  • Inexpensive and easily available
Cons:
  • You find it oily
  • Does not works well for water proof makeup
My rating 4/5

Since it fails to remove my water proof eyeliner

Availability

This is available at all local super drugstore around PKR 300 across Pakistan.
